After getting in trouble for blowing up this apple, (and a few others) with massive force, by monica...I finally got an ok shot. I'm not thrilled with it but I was happy I got the apple stopped in mid air. I used a canon 20D, ISO was set at 100. f/16 at 1/250. I used a speedotron and soft box. and reflectors on the left side.

This would have been a great PROCESS shot. I would love to see the table with smashed up bits of apple just after this shot was taken. I bet you had apple crumbs on your clothes for the rest of the day.
