This was one of my last shots I did, while working on my second promo for chuck. I used my Canon 20D, with a 18-55 mm lens. Settings were ISO 100. f/32 at 1/250 of a second. For lighting I used a speedotron and soft box.

Rachel this image is beautiful, the design , the color, the clean white background is great. I feel as if this image should be in a black frame on my wall in my kitchen. Great job.
nice job with the red and green. it grips the eye and brings people into the image. but what is behind the main fucus? i like the white and how the yellow comes out of the green, so f'in A in the lighting.
Awesome job on this! Nice job at styling the food and putting the colors together. I love the red and green and the spring onions in the back seem to draw it all together. It makes the compostion very nice!
